Liza Reynolds

N. Elizabeth Reynolds has represented unions, benefit funds, and employees for more than 20 years.  She joined Allison, Slutsky & Kennedy, P.C. in 1998 and has been a shareholder in the firm since 2005. 

Liza is an experienced advocate for unions in arbitration of contract interpretation and discipline grievances; unfair labor practice and representation cases at the National Labor Relations Board, Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, and Illinois Labor Relations Board; other federal, state and local agency proceedings; and state and federal court litigation and appeals.  She advises labor organizations on internal union affairs, strike preparation, and strategic planning.  She provides training to union business agents and shop stewards.  Liza has represented jointly trusteed benefit funds on collection matters in federal court.  She has represented individuals in a variety of employment matters.
